The Technology
Swiss-Engineered CNC Bending Centers
Automatic Spring-Back Compensation
Our bending centers employ automatic spring-back compensation technology that adjusts bend angles in real-time, guaranteeing parts that match your CAD intent within ±0.1° — every time, from the first part to the ten-thousandth.
Dedicated Edge-Conditioning Stations
After bending, every component passes through dedicated deburring and radiusing stations. Micro-burrs are eliminated, edges are smoothly radiused, and surfaces are prepared for optimal dielectric performance.
Closed-Loop CNC Measurement
Integrated measurement systems verify each bend angle, flange length, and twist offset during the bending process — not after. This in-process verification catches deviations before they become scrap.
